share. The capital comes from a joint venture
of three companies: Berter World Green Co., Ltd. holding 93.99% of the
shares,
Yamazen Holdings Co., Ltd. holding 5.00%
of the shares (later restructuring resulted in Siam Yamazen Co., Ltd.
being
controlled by Yamazen Holdings Co., Ltd.), and
CUB Corporation Limited holding 1.00% of the shares, while others hold
0.01% of
the shares.˝

The BYSC consortium was established,
consisting of Berter World Green Co., Ltd.,

Yamazen Co., Ltd., and CUB Co., Ltd., to prepare and submit proposals
for the
Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand's
project bidding according to the invitation to private sector
participants. The
project involves managing and operating
an industrial waste management center (industrial waste incinerator) in
Bang
Poo, Samut Prakan Province, as announced
on March 20, 2007 ("Invitation to Bid").
